While you've got new, high-quality cushion inserts and great upholstery, there are two cushion zippers that need fixing. $825 + tax is the price if you'd like to fix them yourself, $825 + tax + $50 (cash or Venmo) is the price if you'd like my wonderful seamstress aunt to fix them for you (we'll handle the logistics). A bit of age to the wood accents as well, though nothing serious. Just your classic army green MCM sofa.
