Or it's art, you decide. Unsure of age, certainly not new. Looks to be marker and colored pencil adhered to a decently thick card stock (single thick illustration board). Left edge has a couple issues that would more or less disappear in a frame. I don't think Lucifer would have perfect edges anyway, no?
