Unsure of the maker, but reminiscent of Plycraft's "Mr. Chair." You've got your vinyl and wood with a rocking swivel. Chair made friends with a cat, as you can see in the close-ups. Wood is mostly good, save a few marks near the top. Adjustable snap-on headrest.
