Military? Boy Scouts? Giiiiiiirl Scouts? Not sure! My guess is 1960s, though. Has a waterproof interior that housed a bunch of disposable ponchos in it’s day. Serval zipper operates smoothly, as does clasp. Lots of age, as seen. Smells faintly like a crayon. Haven’t refreshed with a wash or anything.
