As far as old stuff goes, I'll give this a 9/10 CAH (Clean As Hell). 10/10 is still wrapped in plastic, so you get the idea. Some age on a few of the brass toes, that's about it. Comfy.

Couch is about 74'' long, 34'' deep.
Chair is about 33'' wide, 34'' deep.
