Very comfortable! Some cushions have some light discoloring from the slats, handful of snags here and there, but you can just turn those sides to the back. Cushions zip open for easy cleaning. Frames are solid, sturdy, and in pretty good condition with just a couple white marks, as seen. Bottom seat straps are looking and feeling their age, but the unit is structurally sound. Easy fix if necessary! Sofa is 31” x 71.5” x 28.5” tall, chair is 28.5” x 32” x 28.5” tall.
