Comfortable, crisp set with fun tinsel-like accents and sturdy brass tapered legs. Almost seems as though it wasn't used, though the main signs of age are on the armrests with light stuff on the legs as well. 

Sofa is about 78" long, 31" deep, 30" tall, 21" to the back, 17" to the seat.
Armchair is 36" wide, 31" deep, 30" tall, 21" to the back, 17" to the seat.
