To clarify, that means it doesn't plug in (I've rigged it to plug for display). Current crystal design is complete, though it does come with additional crystals. There are many holes to create a design of your own, which is where I imagine the extra crystals came from. Great shape overall, has a standard lightbulb socket. Edison bulb not included.
About 11"across and 12" tall onthe actual chandelier, 15" in chain length fromtop to the canopy.
