‘90s rayon harem-sleeved blouse. Nice and soft. Velcro for your shoulder pads. Top two button holes could use some mending, but buttons are relatively secure as-is. Some tiny stains here and there, but I haven’t tried getting them out. Could work for sizes up to an XL, most likely. (Modeled on a size small)
